Website update: New request forms

THANKS to the recommendations received we have made the effort to improve the user experience of

PREVIOUSLY we were relying on one type of request form for any of the categories. The idea was to make the website as easy and as straightforward as possible. However, this didn’t seem to be working for nobody. Lack of information provided was a problem for both service providers and customers.

CURRENTLY we have implemented different form for each category. We are expecting this change to have positive impact on the website user experience, leading towards more qualified requests and faster and more accurate responses from service providers.

FOR THE FUTURE we are planning to keep on collaborating with customers and service providers so that we fully meet the requirements of both sides, establishing as a preferred platform.
